Availability of Items
You will be sent an email if your item is not available. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not returnable or refundable. All jewelry and beads or special order items are final sale. We do not ship items that are damaged. If your items has been damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it. We can not ship out replacement until we have received the damaged item back and there will be no changing in style or color. If you have a problem with your item, please notify us. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture all of our products and we do not offer any warranty.
Payment
We accepts Paypal Checkout & Google checkout. Your item will not be shipped until your payment is completed and confirmed with paypal. If a payment is denied, we will not be liable for any delayed deliveries.

Shipping
We only ship to confirmed address.
Items will be shipped with USPS and you will receive tracking information by email. If you are not in the United States please contact us so that we can send you and invoice with the correct shipping.
Rush Orders
Rush & Next day order is by availability.
Next day items will ship via USPS Express Mail. Shipping ranges from $18.65 to $26.50.
Priority mail service (2-3 business days) ranges from $6.20 to $16.95.
Please inquire to recieve an invoice with correct shipping cost, if you need to place a rush order.
